TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all the product purchases by you all from CV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED and you should read them carefully.
We may vary these terms from time to time without prior notice to you, and therefore you should check the current version on website before you make a new purchase. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by us.
There may be certain circumstances in which we are unable to accept your order:
- Product you ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
- If we believe items in the order or other orders placed by you are being purchased in bulk for resale and not for personal use; in this case a proper due diligence of all documents will be done by CV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED before supplying the bulk order to you.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and will not charge you.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our reasonable control then we will not be liable for such delay. We will however let you know as soon as possible and, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but have not yet received.
Delivery will be to the address or store specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to depot.
OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCTS:
You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order (including where left in a safe place, e.g. with a neighbour). Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
If Customer provides any wrong information like address and contact details and shipment not delivered to customer in such conditions, reshipment cost will be borne by customer.
Estimated Time of delivery may vary in natural & unforced conditions which are not under the control of CV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
A Proof of Delivery (also known as a POD) is a document which needs to be signed by the recipient to confirm the delivery of goods in a good condition, in case of any comments regarding the shipment; the recipient needs to mention the same below their sign on POD. If no comments are mentioned, that means the customer has received the parcel in proper condition.

The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos shown on the site are licensed by or belong exclusively to CV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution, or confusing or misleading uses under national and international trademark and copyright laws. The use or misuse of these trademarks is expressly prohibited.
REGISTRATION:
You must register to create a member account which has no additional costs. To create an account you need to provide your name, mobile number, e-mail address and a password (for security purposes). It is the responsibility of the user to protect his/her password. In case of any password breach, kindly change the password immediately. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.
PRICING POLICY:
- All the product prices listed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- These prices are current & are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
- For any international orders, kindly contact us on the E-mail address or Customer care number provided.
PAYMENTS:
To help facilitate payments you can use the payment services available on the website. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, CV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to: Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or payment issues arising out of the transaction, or transaction failure for any other reasons. ORDER RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
RETURN:
Products once delivered can be returned within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. We will be unable to process returns in the following cases:
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- Product is damaged due to misuse/mishandling.
- Product is used or altered by customer.
- If request is initiated after 5 business days from date of delivery.
CANCELLATION:
- In case of order cancellation (post confirmation), you will be charged 2.00% as payment gateway charges & the balance amount shall be refunded to you through the same payment gateway in 7-10 working days (or as per Banking Guidelines).
- If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUND:
In case of cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund within 72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. Within 7-10 business days from the day of initiating the refund, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order. For COD orders, please mention your bank account details for crediting the refund amount.
Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. You can only return but not replace. You may place a fresh order for the products you need.
